Our parcel service is suited to boxes, suitcases and individual items. If you are planning to move a larger part of your household, choose our removals service. For palletised, commercial and non-standard freight we offer separate transport solutions.
Standard parcels from the UK start from £30, and the price depends on the dimensions. For removals we have a volume calculator, and freight is priced individually once we have assessed the cargo, the addresses and any additional services. You’ll find prices and how they are calculated on each service page.
Yes. As well as standard parcels, we transport furniture, household appliances, bicycles, pallets, building materials and oversized cargo. Before booking, we assess the item’s size, weight and the loading conditions it needs.
Yes. We can collect commercial freight from a supplier, manufacturer or warehouse. If you buy from several suppliers, we can gather your orders at our UK warehouse, consolidate them and arrange a single shipment to Lithuania.
Yes. Depending on the type of cargo, we can arrange loading, unloading and delivery to the recipient. The main transport is by lorry, and for addresses a lorry cannot reach we plan a smaller vehicle when needed.
When you register a standard parcel, a contents declaration is generated automatically from the contents and value you enter – you just need to sign it. Commercial freight may need separate export and import declarations – we can help arrange these for an extra fee.
Our main trip leaves the UK on Thursdays. Freight usually reaches Lithuania at the weekend, and deliveries to recipients start on Monday. The exact timing depends on the collection date, the cargo and the delivery conditions.
Yes, parcel insurance is included free of charge, at no extra cost. Insurance terms for commercial and higher-value freight depend on the type of cargo and the applicable insurance rules. If you are sending valuable items, we recommend telling us their value before shipping.
Yes. We have warehouses in the UK and in Kaunas. We can store suitable parcels and items for private customers free of charge for up to 7 days. Storage options and terms for removals and commercial freight are agreed individually.
Yes. We collect parcels in the UK and Lithuania Monday to Friday, including evenings until 22:00 by prior arrangement. When you register your parcel, tell us a collection time that suits you – we’ll fit it around the route and the driver’s availability.
