We ship parcels from the UK to Lithuania on regular services. For faster delivery within a few days, we need to collect your parcel by Thursday – it then reaches Lithuania on Sunday and is usually delivered to the recipient on Monday. Parcels collected after Thursday’s departure travel on the next available service.

No, you don’t need to fill in any customs documents yourself – we prepare the declaration from the information you provide in the enquiry form. Used personal belongings are declared according to the actual contents. If you are sending new, purchased or commercial goods, additional documents and customs clearance may be required. In such cases we can help arrange the paperwork through customs brokers for an extra fee. The final decision on duties or VAT is made by customs.
