Parcels UK–Lithuania

Door-to-door parcels Lithuania–England

Hassle-free parcels to England and back: we collect from your door in Lithuania or the UK and deliver to the door. How the process works and what documents you need.

Straipsnio nuotrauka

Sending parcels between Lithuania and the United Kingdom (UK) remains one of the busiest routes for Lithuanians. Family ties, business orders, gifts – there are many reasons, but everyone expects the same thing: for the parcel to reach the recipient quickly, safely and without extra stress. Our aim is to make sure of that with a door-to-door service from Lithuania to England and from England to Lithuania.

Why choose door-to-door delivery?

The door-to-door model cuts out extra steps: no need to go to a post office or warehouse, or work out where to drop off or pick up a parcel. The courier comes to a place that suits you, collects the ready parcel and delivers it straight to the recipient. This is especially convenient when senders and recipients live in different countries or can't fit around terminal or self-service point opening times.

Main benefits:

  • Convenience: one point of contact from collection to delivery.
  • Less risk: the parcel passes through fewer hands, reducing the chance of damage.
  • A clear plan: we agree the collection time and expected arrival and keep you updated at key stages.
  • Flexibility: we fit the schedule around your day and route.

How does a parcel travel Lithuania – UK?

  1. Booking and collection. You get in touch with your address, contact details, parcel dimensions and weight. We agree a collection time from your door in Lithuania or the UK.
  2. Checking and labelling. The courier checks the packaging is intact, attaches a label and, if needed, provides document templates (e.g. a contents declaration).
  3. Transport. The parcel travels on our regular weekly run – on the main route we carry parcels by lorry.
  4. Customs. As the UK isn't in the EU, customs formalities apply both when sending to the UK and from the UK to LT. We help prepare the necessary information so checks go faster.
  5. Delivery to the recipient. We complete the process at the recipient's door, having agreed the time and confirmed delivery.

Delivery times — what to expect

The exact time depends on the route, parcel size and season. Delivery usually takes around 4–7 days, while before holidays or at busier times transit may take a little longer. We let you know about significant schedule changes in advance so you can plan your time.

Packaging and preparation — safety first

Proper packaging is the best protection on the road. We recommend:

  • A sturdy box with no damage; fill the inside with cushioning (bubble wrap, paper or polystyrene).
  • Strong tape on all seams.
  • Separate bags for small items; liquids only in original, sealed packaging (subject to what's permitted).
  • A clear label: recipient's name, address, postcode, phone number; sender's contact details.
  • Insurance: if you have valuable items, let us know in advance.

What can and can't you send?

The lists of permitted and restricted goods between the EU and the UK are similar, but some categories may need additional documents or be prohibited (e.g. perishables without special conditions, dangerous substances, excise goods). If in doubt, get in touch — we'll tell you what to send and how to send it most safely.

Documents since Brexit — short and clear

When sending to the UK or from the UK to Lithuania, a contents declaration is required (a simple form with a description and value). For commercial shipments — an invoice with sender/recipient details, commodity codes and value. The more accurate the information, the smoother the customs check. If needed, we provide examples and guidance on filling them in.

Services for businesses and private customers

A small parcel for a loved one matters to us just as much as regular business orders. For businesses we offer:

  • A flexible schedule — we agree regular collection days.
  • A stable route — Lithuania–England–Lithuania with a set rhythm.
  • Simple paperwork — templates and advice.
For private customers — simplicity: you book, prepare the parcel and we take care of everything else.

Communication on the road

We keep you informed about the key stages (collection, departure, arrival in the destination country, delivery day) by text, phone or email. If needed, we provide updates according to the schedule or via partner systems where possible.

Safety and responsibility

Every parcel is our responsibility. We use proper securing and load protection, observe weight/liability limits, and parcels are covered by CMR insurance, which is included in the price. If anything unexpected happens, we deal with it promptly and transparently.
