Black Friday UK 2026 for business: how to plan logistics for commercial purchases

Black Friday UK 2026 falls on 27 November. How businesses can plan UK supplier purchases, collection, consolidation, customs and transport to Lithuania.

Straipsnio nuotrauka

Black Friday UK 2026 falls on 27 November, but Krovanta focuses its logistics for this period on business and commercial purchases, not forwarding private eBay or Amazon parcels. If your company is buying stock, equipment or other commercial goods in the sales, it's worth planning transport and customs documents before you buy.

In 2026, Black Friday in the United Kingdom falls on 27 November and Cyber Monday on 30 November. Some UK suppliers and retailers start their offers earlier, so companies planning to buy stock, equipment or other commercial goods should plan not just the purchase but also transport and customs in advance.

This guide is for business purchases, not forwarding private shopping

Krovanta no longer offers a separate forwarding service for eBay, Amazon or other retail purchases for private customers. We use our UK warehouse address and consolidation for business and commercial freight logistics.

If your company buys from a UK supplier, manufacturer or business seller over Black Friday, we can arrange collection from the supplier or, where it makes sense, receive pre-agreed commercial freight at our UK warehouse.

Check the packed freight details before you buy

The sale price doesn't tell you what the logistics will cost. If you're buying equipment, building materials, office furniture, stock or other larger freight, ask the supplier for the packed dimensions and actual weight.

If the goods are palletised, you need to know the pallet height, weight and whether it can be stacked on. If it's machinery or non-standard equipment, we need photos and information about the loading equipment.

Several Black Friday business orders can be consolidated

A company may buy from several UK suppliers whose offers and delivery dates don't line up. One order may be ready on Monday, another on Wednesday, a third only a few days later.

Krovanta can collect these orders from different UK locations or receive them at the UK warehouse, store them temporarily and, where it makes sense in cost and timing, consolidate them for a shared run to Lithuania.

A Black Friday discount doesn't change customs rules

If commercial goods are exported from England, Scotland or Wales to Lithuania, the UK export and EU import process applies. A UK export declaration needs the correct commodity code, value, weight, package details and other required data.

The sale invoice must show the real transaction value. If goods were sold with a genuine Black Friday discount, what matters to customs is what the buyer actually paid, together with the other customs valuation rules.

For an additional fee, Krovanta can help arrange UK export and LT import declarations.

A UK supplier doesn't necessarily mean UK origin

A product may be sold by a UK company but made in China, the US or another country. So the seller's address alone doesn't confer UK origin.

If a business expects preferential duty under the EU–UK trade agreement, it needs to check the actual origin of the goods and have information to prove it.

Allow extra time within the UK during the sales peak

Over Black Friday, UK sellers and local couriers can be busier than usual. So you shouldn't book international transport based solely on a “dispatch next day” promise.

Krovanta's main UK→LT run leaves on Thursday. For freight to make a specific run, its actual ready or warehouse delivery date must be clear and the customs data prepared.

Weigh a big discount against the whole logistics picture

For a business, a good deal isn't just a low product price. Before buying, consider the collection location, freight dimensions, weight, handling conditions, duty, import VAT and any storage needs.

If, for example, discounted equipment weighs 1.5 t and the supplier has no suitable forklift, the collection solution may matter more than the offer itself.

What to send Krovanta before a business Black Friday purchase

Send the supplier link or quote, UK address, product description, packed dimensions, weight, photos, planned ready date and the invoice once it has been issued. If you're buying from several suppliers, give details of all the orders.

This lets us assess whether direct collections or consolidation in the UK warehouse is the better option. Key information for businesses is on our commercial freight UK→LT page.
